On Monday, January 27, 2020, Eleni Plessa, Co-Founder and Partner of RESOLVE Mediators participated as a moderator of the discussion on “Career and Motherhood” at the iforU event held at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center. The 100 participants in the dialogue tables developed the 3 modules: a) Stereotypes, b) Motherhood and c) Career and Pay Gaps.

These sections were of great interest and important conclusions were drawn from the dialogue about what stereotypes are, how we deal with them and finally how they are connected to both the obstacles that a woman / mother may face in her career development and to Pay Gaps between men and women. It was also very important to conclude that men and women must support each other to overcome stereotypes and build their development together.

The other RESOLVE Mediators Eirini Matsouka, Vasso Koumbli and Sofia Kyrama also participated in the discussions that took place.
