Sofia Kyrama graduated from the Faculty of Industrial Management and Technology at the University of Pireaus, School of Shipping and Industry and she joined RESOLVE Mediators in February 2019. She is an Accredited Mediator in the Hellenic Minister of Justice Public List, trained by Pireaus Mediation Center according to the Greek Law 4512/2018.

Sofia handles cases in areas of civil law, in particular family and insurance disputes. As an Insurance Mediator with a Certificate in Unit Linked Insurance Plans, she has a longstanding experience in the field, having collaborated with some of the biggest insurance companies in Greece. Sofia has also successfully undertaken the insurance of specialized risks.

She has attended various educational seminars focusing on negotiations, conflict management and successful communication techniques.

She speaks and works in both Greek and English.
